Access Air Ambulance is an emergency air ambulance service based at the Regional Airport in Elko, NV. Since beginning in 1999, we've flown nearly 2,500 medical missions within Nevada, Idaho, Oregon, and Utah, responding to a variety of critical care situations. We routinely perform life-sustaining interventions and provide the highest level of care during the transport of patients.
