Requirements for becoming an Access Air Ambulance Flight Paramedic
Required:
Eligibility for or current licensure as a Paramedic in the State of Nevada.
Minimum of three (3) years pre-hospital EMS experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic computer skills to include word processing and database experience.
Must have BLS, ACLS, and PALS upon hire.
BTLS or PHTLS required after the first year.
Excellent physical health with full use of all extremities, and no lifting limitations.
Must maintain a duty weight of less than 210 lbs (body weight plus uniform/equipment).
Preferred:
NRP, FP-C, and CCEMT-P
Instructor Certifications
