Requirements for becoming an Access Air Ambulance Pilot

   
Qualifications: Current First or Second Class Medical Certificate.   FAA issued Helicopter Commercial & Instrument or ATP rating.  3,000 total flight hours; 2,000 hours helicopter time (at least 1,000 as PIC); 300 night hours in a helicopter as PIC; 500 hours turbine time.

Must maintain a duty weight of less than 210 lbs (body weight plus uniform/equipment).

Preferred: Bell 206, EMS, and NVG experience.
