Centrally based in north-eastern Nevada at the Regional Airport in Elko, we service an area of over 50,000 sq. miles. Roughly defined by the area encompassing Winnemucca, Eureka, and Wendover NV, and Owyhee County Idaho, this rugged environment varies in elevation from 4000' to over 11,000'. We provide "911 First Responder" service to Elko County; as well as round the clock on-call emergency scene service to most of northern Nevada, and parts of southern Idaho, and western Utah. We also provide Inter-Facility patient transfers from several Clinics and Hospitals to the Specialized Care or Trauma Centers in Nevada, Utah, and Idaho.

Transports from an accident scene, or emergency situation are flown to the nearest appropriate medical facility. For Inter-hospital transport, the attending doctor determines where the patient should be transported for the best specialized care.
